  • Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am. However, if you arrive prior to 3:00pm and your room is available, we’ll be glad to let you check in early.

  • We can store your bags for you after you’ve checked out. You are welcome to relax in our front lobby for as long as you need. We serve coffee and tea throughout the day and you can relax on our couches while you read our selection of magazines, watch TV, or browse the Internet.

  • Yes, we are open 365 days of the year, even on Christmas! Our front desk hours are 7:00am – 9:00pm, so feel free to contact us anytime if we can help you answer any questions.

  • Our cancellation policy is 72 hours, so if you need to make changes to or cancel your reservation, be sure to let us know in advance and we’ll be glad to accommodate your travel plans.

  • Yes, we do ask for all guests to take off their shoes in our hotel. Given the dirt roads in Utqiaġvik and the heavy snow in the winter, this will help to keep our hotel clean and comfortable for all guests staying with us. We have convenient shoe cubbies in the front as well as complimentary disposable slippers. You are welcome to bring your shoes to your room if you prefer to do so.
